1. HOW WE COLLECT AND USE INFORMATION

We ask for certain information such as your first and last name, birthdate, phone number and e-mail address when you order a SOUNDLOCK or seek to purchase a product from us, or if you correspond with us. We may also retain any messages you send through the Service, and may collect information you provide in content you post to the Service or during or correspondence with us.
We use this information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Service, as well as to communicate directly with you, such as to send you email messages and push notifications, or provide you our products or your purchases. We may also send you Service-related emails or messages (e.g., account verification, order confirmations, change or updates to features of the Service, technical and security notices). Soundlock uses personal data in connection with marketing including targeted marketing in order for us to communicate with you. The targeted marketing and communication include newsletters and promotion of current and future campaigns including promotion of new products. Soundlock only process ordinary personal data including name, job-position, address, email, telephone, etc.
The personal data which Soundlock processes comes from you e.g. personal data from your email signature or personal data obtained from publicly available sources e.g. form Social Media. The personal data can also be obtained through the use of the Soundlocks website.
The legal basis for processing personal data is GDPR Article 6.1.f. The legitimate interests Soundlock pursues are marketing interests.
If you have subscribed to the Soundlock Newsletter, we will keep your personal data as long as you receive the Newsletter from us and we will delete your personal data within 12 months after you unsubscribe from the Newsletter.
Soundlock treats and processes your personal data confidentially and does not generally pass on the data to third parties. However, personal data may be transferred to third parties i.e. data processors which Soundlock uses in connection with its normal business processes.
We automatically collect certain types of usage information when you visit our website or use our Service. When you visit the Service, we may send one or more cookies — a small text file containing a string of alphanumeric characters — to your computer that uniquely identifies your browser and lets us help you log in faster and enhance your navigation through the site. Remember, our Services allow you to connect with others and share information about yourself with other individuals. Please note that an advertiser may ask SOUNDLOCK to show an ad to a certain audience of Users (e.g., based on demographics or other interests). In that situation, SOUNDLOCK determines the target audience and SOUNDLOCK serves the advertising to that audience and only provides anonymous aggregated data to the advertiser. If you respond to such an ad, the advertiser or ad server may conclude that you fit the description of the audience they are trying to reach.

However, SOUNDLOCK cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to SOUNDLOCK or guarantee that information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed. Compromise of information:
In the event that any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, SOUNDLOCK will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and where appropriate, notify those individuals whose information may have been compromised and take other steps, in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

We use the information we collect or receive to communicate directly with you. We may send you emails containing newsletters, promotions and special offers. How long we keep your User Content
Following termination or unsubscribing our newsletter SOUNDLOCK may retain your profile information and User Content for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.

SOUNDLO K does not knowingly collect or solicit any information from anyone under the age of 13. The Service and its content are not directed at children under the age of 13.
