SOUNDLOCK ships through DAO and Bring to most of Europe. We deliver to the closest parcel shop. If you live elsewhere contact us on soundlock@outlook.dk, and we will figure out a way to get the SOUNDLOCK to you.
SOUNDLOCK offers a 14-day money back guarantee. If you wish to return your SOUNDLOCK, it must be returned in the original condition including all the items shipped to you (Soundlock, padlock, wire). Please note that the SOUNDLOCK must be shipped back in the original box, otherwise the product cannot be fully refunded. If the SOUNDLOCK has any marks, dirty spots, scratches or other visual damage, that indicates missuse, the refund cannot be granted.
Cancellation
You can submit a request to cancel your order within 24 hours. Please note that your request may not be approved if your order already has been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us on soundlock@outlook.dk or https://www.facebook.com/SOUNDLOCKs. If the order cannot be cancelled, you will get an e-mail notification or a reply on messenger when the order has been shipped.
